You know the feeling when your body just isn’t aligned right. Maybe it’s been lingering for weeks, or even longer. That tension in your neck, that shift in your hips, or heaviness in your lower back. At Renew Chiropractic, we provide chiropractic care to restore your body naturally and gently. Our Kirkland office is just minutes from Redmond.
Dr. Anderson grew up in Kirkland and studied Global Health and Medical Anthropology at the University of Washington. A personal experience with sciatic pain during her teens led her to discover chiropractic care—and ultimately pursue it as a career. She earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Anderson is trained in gentle adjusting techniques, soft tissue therapy, cupping, and the McKenzie Method.
This is not a high-volume clinic. Every patient receives individualized attention with an approach designed specifically for their needs. Whether you are dealing with desk pain, recovering from an injury, or seeking preventive wellness—your plan is built around your life. We take the time to understand what you are going through and create a personalized path toward feeling better.
Your spine is the communication highway of your body. When vertebrae shift out of alignment, they can interfere with your nervous system—the master controller of every function in your body. Chiropractic care restores proper alignment so your body can communicate clearly and heal itself the way it was designed to.
Patients who receive regular chiropractic care often experience improved posture, better sleep, increased energy, and greater freedom of movement.
