If you’re in Kenmore and dealing with tension, pain, or just not feeling quite like yourself, and you’re searching for natural relief that actually works, you’re in the right place. At Renew Chiropractic in Kirkland, we help people from all over the North End feel more at home in their bodies through gentle chiropractic care that’s personalized, honest, and easy to understand.
So what exactly is chiropractic care? It’s a hands-on way to support your nervous system and spine so your body can function the way it was meant to. When your spine’s out of alignment, even a little, it can throw off more than just posture. You might feel it in your energy, your sleep, even how your brain focuses. Chiropractic adjustments help get things moving again and give your body a clearer path to heal itself.
We’re just 15 minutes from Kenmore, and a lot of our patients make that quick trip to see Dr. Emily Anderson.
Dr. Emily Anderson grew up just around the corner in North Kirkland, so being able to care for folks in this community really feels like coming full circle. She started out studying Medical Anthropology and Global Health at the University of Washington, which gave her a big-picture view of how health, culture, and daily life all connect. But it was her own struggle with chronic sciatica in her early teens that really changed her direction. After finding real relief through chiropractic care when nothing else seemed to help, she knew this was the work she wanted to do. That led her to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, where she earned her doctorate in 2023. She’s worked with all kinds of patients, from 10 day old infants to folks in their 90s, and she especially enjoys helping athletes, active families, and anyone dealing with long-term pain. Dr. Anderson trained in the McKenzie Diagnostic Method, FAKTR rehab techniques like cupping, nerve flossing, and scraping, and also uses the Activator Method. She’s currently working toward her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician credential, which she expects to complete by Fall 2026. More than anything, she believes in care that meets you where you’re at.
Even though we’re in Kirkland, a lot of our patients are coming from Kenmore. They’re looking for something that doesn’t feel rushed, something deeper than a crack-and-go visit.
Your spine does more than hold you upright. It protects the central highway of your nervous system—the spinal cord—which sends signals between your brain and every part of your body. When joints in the spine get stuck, misaligned, or restricted, those signals don’t travel as clearly as they should. Chiropractic adjustments restore movement to those joints, reduce interference in the nervous system, and help your body communicate and heal more effectively. It’s not about cracking bones—it’s about giving your body what it needs to do its job.
Every adjustment is focused, gentle, and tailored to your body. We use low-force techniques when needed and never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you prefer manual adjustments or instrument-assisted care, we match the method to what feels right for you.
Tech neck, desk strain, and the daily postural habits that slowly wear your body down—we address all of it. We help you understand what’s contributing to your discomfort and give you practical tools to change it, not just in our office but at home and at work.
Whether it’s a car accident, a weekend mishap, or repetitive strain from your job or hobbies, we help your body recover naturally and regain the function you’ve lost. We work alongside your other providers when needed and always keep your long-term wellbeing in focus.
If you’re living with arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or pain that just won’t quit, chiropractic care can help your nervous system calm down and your body stop working so hard against itself. We don’t promise overnight results, but we do offer consistent, thoughtful care that compounds over time.

Chiropractic addresses the spinal joints and nervous system directly, while massage focuses on muscles and physical therapy centers on movement retraining. They complement each other well, but chiropractic targets the structural alignment that underlies many pain patterns.
Yes. Screen time and desk work are among the most common contributors to the discomfort we see. We provide posture correction, ergonomic guidance, and adjustments that address the strain these habits place on your spine.
Your first visit includes a thorough health history, a full physical exam, and a spinal assessment. If imaging is needed, we have digital X-ray on-site. Many patients receive same-day care after their evaluation.
