You know the feeling when your body just isn’t aligned right. Maybe it’s been lingering for weeks, or even longer. That tension in your neck, that shift in your hips, or heaviness in your lower back. Some days you can ignore it. Other days, it affects your sleep, mood, and daily activities. At Renew Chiropractic, we provide chiropractic care to restore your body naturally and gently.
Dr. Emily Anderson grew up in Kirkland, so she understands the local community deeply. With a degree in Global Health and Medical Anthropology from the University of Washington, she has an understanding of how people experience healing worldwide. Her own experience with intense sciatic pain in her teens led her to chiropractic care. The relief and transformation she experienced inspired her to pursue chiropractic school and return to Kirkland to serve the community. Dr. Anderson’s approach combines gentle spinal adjustments, soft tissue work, digital x-ray, and the McKenzie Method. She is also in the process of completing her advanced certification in sports chiropractic. Every patient is treated as a whole person, not just a case. Her care goes beyond structure—it’s about how you feel in your body.
We aren’t a high-volume clinic. You won’t feel rushed or shuffled through repetitive processes. Our individualized approach to care is tailored for real people managing daily responsibilities and stress. Whether you’re a new mom reconnecting with your body, a desk worker noticing shoulder tension, or you’re recovering from a lingering injury, every plan is personalized. Patients often say it feels different here—it feels like being truly heard.
Chiropractic care isn’t just about pain relief—it’s about helping your whole body function better. Your spine is the highway that your spinal cord travels between your brain and the rest of your body. When spinal joints stop moving correctly, other parts of your body compensate, often causing headaches, neck tension, fatigue, or even digestive issues. With chiropractic services at Renew Chiropractic, we gently unlock restricted joints, improve nervous system function, and restore balance. Over time, patients notice better posture, improved sleep, enhanced energy, and easier movement. Even if you don’t have pain, chiropractic visits can help you prevent injuries, optimize your athletic performance, and maintain overall wellness.

Yes. While we always recommend staying in touch with your primary provider, many of our patients come here seeking a different kind of support. Chiropractic care often reduces the need for pain medication by addressing the actual cause rather than just the symptom.
